expand is to add users. Access is a multi-user database with built in networking support.

Multi-user
Premium Finance Manager 98 can be
networked either in a peer-to-peer or server based fashion. Peer-to-peer networking is
included with all new versions of Windows. This is the most economical method to expand up
to around 12 simultaneous users, depending on system resources. Once network performance
becomes a bottleneck it is time to upgrade to a server based system such as Windows NT. Either way Premium Finance Manager 98 will be there with you.
